Meet Tracy, the Kick-Ass Designer Working on Your Projects

Savage People

Savage was lucky enough to bring Tracy Olson on board as a Graphic Designer! She’s so talented it’s ridiculous – and she’s already done great work for clients like the City of Oak Creek and St. Augustine Prep. Tracy put together some thoughts on her first days at Savage.

This must be the place.

Coming into Savage on my first day was as exciting as it was nerve-wracking… I don’t care how old you are, the first day of anything feels like it’s the first day of high school all over again.

I walked straight into an odd conversation on Day 1, and when I was asked a “would you rather” question, my nerves subsided and I knew, this must be the place – the place where I start my career in design, work my butt off, and have a lot of fun doing it.

Before I started my first project, I had the opportunity to sit down with each of our team members to learn about everyone’s roles. I thought to myself, “woah… these people are scary good at what they do.” Each person brings a set of super skills to the table and best of all, there’s no crazy hierarchy that sometimes comes with it.

We just do good work.

I came to Savage at an opportune time. We have a ton of exciting things going on and I’m lucky enough to be a part of it!
