2016: This Crazy, Wonderful Year in Review
The best part about being Savage is doing great work with great-er people. Here’s a look back at 5 projects that made us proud in 2016:
Nimmer Heating & Air Conditioning // Brand
Mark & Patty Nimmer wanted to level up the family business. Savage created a brand identity that matched their passion and commitment – and they love the design! Of course, the best part about building a brand is releasing it into the wild. When Nimmer asked us for cool t-shirts and truck wraps, Savage was happy to help.
Case Station // Social
Case Station, a global phone case company, came to us looking for a Facebook video ad campaign. They gave us a HOT deadline, and Savage built a whole library of super-fun social videos in only 6 weeks. Our pals over at Granular helped out, too. The campaign is going ridiculously well!
Three Thieves // Photography
Savage did an amazing photo shoot in Chicago with wine legends Charles Bieler, Joel Gott, and Roger Scommegna. We used the photos to create a bold point-of-sale display for Three Thieves. (If you’re in the Windy City, look for our work at Jewel-Osco.)
Arena Americas // SEO & Content
2016 has been the year of content for Savage. We kick-started an SEO plan for Arena Americas in January, and have been doing blog posts and behind-the-scenes wizardry ever since. It’s a thrill to see upward movement for Arena Americas in search results!
Downtown Waukesha // Brand
Downtown Waukesha is all about the love of art – music, theater, visual art – and celebration of community. Savage designed a colorful brand identity to help government leaders, business owners, and residents come together and build something neat in this high-potential neighborhood. (Web is coming soon!)
PS. Savage is opening a partner studio next year. We’ve already got a name and a plan but can’t share a thing – yet!
