Rip Road
The Challenge:
Rip Road’s mission is to “Reach your Consumers anytime and anywhere”. Its website, however, was not communicating the power of it’s processes and the results it has retained over the years. The language contained in the old site was readable… if you were an IT professional who understand how mobile platforms work. Rip Road called Savage to help.
While design was an essential component of the new site build, Rip Road needed to take their complex language and be able to gauge the average user’s minds by allowing it to be readable.
Savage Solutions:
Savage created a site design that links Rip Roads capabilities while highlighting case studies to show the ROI that they were achieving for their clients . . . We did this by pumping life into the site and showing how their platforms work. In addition, Savage created a custom contact section that will actually interact with a users cell phone and carrier and send an instant text message.
Savage also went to work re-writing all of the copy that Rip Road now uses across all of their marketing efforts. Months of interviews, back and forth’s and some outside-the-box thinking produced what you see on the site today.
The result?
A website that opens the wealth of Rip Road’s capabilities and a presence that sets them for future growth. Savage has thoroughly enjoyed working with the folks at Rip Road.
